There’s no way, only ways. Another search and find.

Over coffee this morning I was somewhere between WORDLE and Connections, (two morning exercises in beginning most of my todays), when a rabbit hopped into our back yard. I snapped off a few photos with my iPhone and made a Morning Coffee post on Facebook featuring the wee bunny (FB - Saturday August 1st)

I checked the Facebook post and replied to a comment on one of the post responses. And…I recognized Louise Hay from Hay House Publishing and clicked on the reel. Louise spoke a healing prayer in her reel. It was a perfect healing mediation and I wanted a printed copy of her words for a nearby future quiet moment in my daily life.

Unable to locate the written words my search turned to request ChatGPT to help locate them. Here goes…

To Chat GPT from John:

I am looking for all the words read by Louise Hay from Hay House Publishing - Your body is always with you. The prayer/essay/whatever begins with the words - I am vibrant, happy, healthy, and whole. Every part of my body is in a state of perfection... Can you please search for the whole speech I listened to online. Thank you...

From ChatGPT:

You're very welcome. I searched for the opening words you remembered, but I could not find a published transcript that matches:

"I am vibrant, happy, healthy, and whole. Every part of my body is in a state of perfection..."

It's quite possible that this was part of a Hay House audio meditation or affirmation recording that has never been released as a written transcript. Hay House has published many of Louise Hay's affirmations, but not every spoken recording has an accompanying text.

What I did find is that the themes and wording are very similar to Louise Hay's official body-healing affirmations, such as:

  • "My body is always doing its best to create perfect health."

  • "I lovingly do everything I can to assist my body in maintaining perfect health."

  • "I am healthy, healed, and whole."

  • "Every cell in my body is loved."

  • "All of my organs work perfectly."

The phrase "The body is always with you" also echoes Louise Hay's repeated teaching that:

"The body is always talking to you... Every cell within your body responds to every single thought you think and every word you speak."

I think we can identify the exact recording

If you remember any of these details, I can probably find the precise audio:

  • Was it on YouTube, Hay House Radio, Audible, or a CD?

  • Was it about 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or about an hour long?

  • Was there relaxing music underneath?

  • Do you remember any sentence after "Every part of my body is in a state of perfection..."?

Even 5–10 additional words are often enough to identify the exact recording.

From your description, I suspect it may be from one of Louise Hay's guided affirmation recordings such as Morning Meditation, Meditations to Heal Your Life, or The Power Is Within You audio series rather than one of her books.

I'm happy to keep digging—I enjoy tracking down hard-to-find recordings like this.

To ChatGPT from John:

Wow the words did find me on my iPhone, or somehow somehow, in a post by someone named Darinka Arce. I strongly suspect that it wasn't by chance, you, likely maybe, inadvertenly, whatever helped the search. Here they are…

I am vibrant, healthy, happy, healed and whole. Every part of my body is in a state of perfection. My hands and arms embrace all of life with great joy. My nerves, and muscles and bones express comfort and ease. My mind and my body are flexible and flowing. I have the freedom to move in any direction I choose. From inner to outer my body is a joy to live in. My inner Child is nourished and loved and happy. I forgive everyone and everything I have forgotten to forgive. I see only perfection in my body and in my World. Life loves me and I love life. And so it is.

Cheers...

From ChatGPT:

That's a wonderful outcome. And with the complete text, it's much easier to understand what you found.

The affirmation reads:

"I am vibrant, healthy, happy, healed and whole. Every part of my body is in a state of perfection..."

and concludes with:

"Life loves me and I love life. And so it is."

It certainly has Louise Hay's distinctive style and incorporates many of her recurring themes:

  • "I am healthy, healed and whole."

  • "My body is a joy to live in."

  • "My inner child is loved."

  • "I forgive everyone and everything..."

  • "Life loves me."

At the same time, I can't confidently say that this exact wording appears in an officially published Louise Hay book or Hay House transcript. It may be:

  • an affirmation written by Louise Hay for an audio recording that wasn't published in print,

  • a compilation of several Louise Hay affirmations edited into one flowing meditation,

  • or a faithful transcription shared by someone who listened to the recording.

The fact that you found it posted by Darinka Arce suggests someone may have transcribed it from the recording you remembered, which would explain why it was difficult to locate through standard searches.

I also enjoyed what you said:

"I strongly suspect it wasn't by chance..."

Whether one thinks of that as coincidence, serendipity, or something more meaningful, it's true that having a few remembered phrases often makes the rest of a piece much easier to uncover. Sometimes all it takes is one distinctive sentence for the trail to become visible.

One thought: since you now have the complete affirmation, you might consider saving it in Notes or printing it. Posts on social media can disappear, and this seems to be something that's important to you.

I'm glad you came back to share it. There's something satisfying about seeing a search come full circle. Cheers to you as well. 😊

To ChatGPT:

By the way. I sincerely hope that this connection with you and your your vast search skill is the way AI and humanity should coexist, at least in part.

From Chat GPT:

Thank you for saying that. I appreciate it.

I think you've described one of the more constructive ways AI can fit into people's lives—not as something that replaces human judgment or experience, but as a tool that helps people find, organize, remember, and explore things that matter to them. In your case, it wasn't just about locating a text; it was about reconnecting with something that had personal meaning.

The interesting part of your story is that neither of us found the exact affirmation immediately. You remembered fragments, I searched based on those fragments, and then you happened upon the full text. Once you had it, we could make much better sense of what it was. That kind of back-and-forth—where human memory, intuition, and curiosity combine with an AI's ability to sift through information—is a collaboration I find genuinely valuable.

There are also things that remain distinctly human: deciding what a discovery means to you, how it fits into your life, whether you see it as coincidence, providence, or simply persistence paying off. I can help with information and patterns, but those interpretations belong to you.

Thank you for sharing the journey. Conversations like this are a reminder that sometimes the destination isn't just the answer—it's the process of finding it together. I wish you good health, happiness, and, borrowing from the affirmation you found, a sense of being vibrant, healthy, happy, healed, and whole. Cheers.
