Have worked my way through Life Force sometimes skimming pages I maintain the book to be a worthwhile read and take. For the most part there are my same affirmations of health benefits: diet, exercise, nutrition, longevity, saunas, cold plunges, fasting, intermittent fasting, building strength, mind/body/spirit connection, and some more. Remembering that Robbins is a wealthy entrepreneur he can afford to be thoroughly involved and promote any and all programs of his choice including pharmaceuticals/nutritional supplements, fitness accessories, whatever. That said as I paged my way through his book my lifestyle choices were supported in living and aging well.

Life Force by Tony Robbins is in my opinion one of those inspiring, motivating reads that anyone looking to survive and thrive for any reason will find within the pages a good read. A book in my opinion in which I simply could not put down. After rereading the final chapters (twice) my attention and my pledge is to stop watching any TV series or any more of the dismal political events currently airing on TV entirely - until completing the whole book at least once, in the next week or so.
The book for me is a worthwhile purchase to have readily on hand, in my home library. Worthwhile because it includes info about placebos, spontaneous remissions, treatments, lifestyle, workout info, and much more, in a well documented book. That said Robbins is an entrepreneur and is marketing nutraceuticals, and a cause. It’s an American business in full bloom. On his website, Robbins promotes his life transformation expertise, offers virtual live events, one-on-one coaching, and training systems, focusing on areas like business achievement, relationship improvement, self-discovery, and an overall life mastery.

I’m currently reading Life Force by speaker, entrepreneur, and author Tony Robbins. On page 34, Robbins explains why people seek to extend their lifespan, improve their health, increase their strength, or overcome physical setbacks. His book unfolds with solutions, treatments, and scientific studies on these topics.
Robbins’ acknowledgments and references include notable figures such as Oprah Winfrey, Bill Clinton, Cristiano Ronaldo, Alan Greenspan, and many others—his validation list spans five full pages.
Being given Tony’s green light on page 38 to cherry pick treatments for healing and wanting to save time, I jumped ahead to page 371 in Chapter 24, Titled The Power of Mindset and was immediately gratified with what caught my attention. Robbins discusses how some patients with Stage 3 or Stage 4 cancer experience sudden, spontaneous remission, with no medical explanation. One terminal cancer patient mentioned earlier in the book was still alive and well 40 years later.
Two key takeaways from reading this chapter stood out:
Traditional medical science cannot fully explain spontaneous remission.
The mind holds the power to heal the body.
With this in mind, I’m heading back to Chapter 1 to read the book in full—including the sections on treatments and studies. I’ll share my thoughts once I’m done.
Has anyone else read Life Force? I’d love to hear your take!

March 25th 2025.
Recently Google searched the Christian Science Church to seek info about their current status and beliefs about healing - (the following two paragraphs are a very brief and incomplete summary).
Despite various challenges, many Christian Science churches and Reading Rooms remain active worldwide, with growth reported in Africa, although they still trail behind other evangelical and Christian denominations.
Their faith emphasizes self-healing through gaining "the mind of Christ." In Christian Science, healing through prayer is integral to redemption. While it presents a unique theology, the church's significant impact comes from its spiritual healing ministry, with over 50,000 testimonials of healing since the early 20th century, primarily involving undiagnosed disorders, emotional issues, and psychosomatic illnesses.
Healing is also referenced in the Christian Bible, as seen in other Christian denominations, with practices like the laying on of hands symbolizing God's healing power.
Self-healing today is generally viewed by the medical community and the general population as a rare and somewhat unusual phenomenon. But then, what about the many, many thousands of people who have self healed (noted previously in Dr. Kelly Turner’s book), and those not so rare individuals and groups who have championed all those other memorable mindset accomplishments which are testaments existing all around *us.
Reflecting on my recent PSA increase of 2% brings some comfort, as my PSA levels prior to my cancer diagnosis in 2021 ranged between the safe limits of 4.0 and 5.0 for many decades since the 1970s. It can change a bit from test to test. This perspective lessens my current immediate concern about cancer returning. We’ll simply wait and see.
Having researched these and the topics discussed in the last journal entry, I maintain a positive mindset and remain fully engaged in my healing process. I recognize that a perfect cure may not be a tangible reality for me or anyone else in the long term, but I will focus on the various paths to wellness, healing, and the potential success for and future treatments currently in the works.
I have two more sessions of Hormone Therapy ahead, along with hope that ongoing studies and research that will hopefully contribute to extending not only my life but the lives of all others in the world. My genuine interest in cancer remission, treatments, and continued self healing involvement will remain a steadfast, intentional focus and practise.
*With the right mindset and belief - all things are possible.
Life is good.
Intention begins in your mind. Live with intention.
If it’s going to be, it’s up to me.
